Each spring, we eagerly or not so eagerly clean up our yards by removing brush, trimming overgrown areas and plant in our gardens. As we age, these activities aren’t as easy as they used to be, especially if you suffer from arthritis. Feel free to print out these tips and give them to your friends and family.
